Every plan includes your data, exportable, whenever you want it.
Bot first: the AI path. Feedback, Calling and the rest sit beside it. Numbers, models, and billing land when each piece is real.
Highest weight next: Bot and AI brain on your journey and SOPs. Early: the Bot page says what is real. Ask.
Ask at the touchpoint. Later: not built yet. The Feedback page says so plainly. Ask.
Bring voice onto the same path. Early: the Calling page says plainly what's live and what isn't. Ask.
No. A Loop is a light hand-off — who owns it, what the customer said, what happens next. CloseCX exists so a bad answer changes the next conversation. It is not Zendesk.
You can run CloseCX with people only today. The Bot is not fully built yet — but it is the highest-weight piece of where the product is going: stand up the journey and SOPs, hand off with a Loop when it cannot finish. We will say when it is real.
No. Warehouse is one customer, not the brand. The loop is the same anywhere customers talk to your team. Retail, services, operations, healthcare. The path changes; the loop doesn't.
Live now: Loops, Quality, Academy, and on Scale Journey stages with owners plus Plays with checklist and live SOP. Feedback (surveys at the touchpoint) is later. Next, with most weight: Bot and AI brain. Then Knowledge search and Calling. Journey’s full map is later. We list everything we have. We do not hide the now behind a vague later path.
