CloseCX is a process and experience builder. You stay responsible for how you treat customers, for what you put in surveys, and for calls you place.

Cases is a hand-off module, not a promise to replace a regulated helpdesk. Calling and the bot are add-ons. Features marked later are not live until we say they are.

Prices shown as “Ask” are not an offer. A walkthrough sets the commercial terms. You can leave with your data. Do not rely on a number that is not written in an order.
