This is where CloseCX is headed with the most weight: a Bot and AI brain trained on your journey, plays, and SOPs. It handles what repeats; when it cannot finish, it opens a Loop. Not fully built yet — and not optional in the vision.
Channel widgets, model wiring, and full auto-setup are not live. Today the foundation is: Journey stages, Plays, checklists, and live SOPs the Bot will run on. We will say when the Bot itself is real.
